Filed for 2 New York Birth Certificates since September, paid for expedited service which was later reimbursed, submitted the paperwork early October, and still no signs of anything, zilch, nada! Later found out if I had ordered directly thru the Office of Vital records, the prices would have taken way less time and would have saved over $100. Was given order numbers:

UST230379US

UST230381US

I have had to delay all my plans and needless to say the undue hardship this has caused, emotionally and financially. I really regret using Zertifica, it does not meet what is offered!

Tired of waiting!

Ordered Nov. 29th, 2018.

Paid $47. Still haven't received anything.

Not even the confirmation email that allows me to contact them via the reference number. Currently disputing the payment with my bank.

Technically, you should be contacting "vitalrecordsnow.com" which is the arm of the parent corporation Zertifica. VirtalRecordsNow handles all of the online requests for records.

If you placed an order and want to track it, you will need the Order Number given at the time the order was placed...something like UST999999US. You can try to call the phone number but the robot will request you to enter ONLY THE NUMBERS of the order and you'll probably be told to go to the web site and click on something called the "Dashboard" and from there you will see a chronological list of the all the communications. Usually orders are held up because the user failed to respond to the email which requested a return of the individual state's application form and a photocopy of your ID. Without that info, the order cannot proceed.

And as many have found out (after the fact) it is usually much cheaper to go directly to the county clerk or the state's department of vital records rather than through VitalRecordsNow.

In most cases, the county or the state requires snail mail only with a check or money order. So a smart-phone is not so smart - you can use it for going through VitalRecordsNow but you pay the higher price.
